Prochownia Lominaki retail park in the hands of LCP.

LCP Properties has become the new owner of the Prochownia Łomianki retail park. This is the 82nd project in the investor's portfolio and the 40th of its kind.

Prochownia Łomianki, located on the Łomianki Majowe estate, has a total area of 5,500 sqm and over 3,000 sqm of leasable area. The 21 stores and service establishments include such tenants as Tedi, Neonet, Rossmann, Hebe, Kross, Papiernik by Empik, among others. The building has parking for 150 cars. 

LCP Properties bought Prochownia Lomianki from Ghelamco Poland. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
