Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Properties, part of the international real estate investment collective M Core, and one of the leading investors and developers in Poland's retail park market is strengthening its collaboration with Refield, a development company specializing in retail parks. This partnership was confirmed with the announcement of the project's acquisition in Zwoleń on the day of its official opening. The sale agreement was based on a model in which Refield was responsible for both, the construction and commercialization of the property. Pasaż Zwoleński, now officially opened as M Park Zwoleń, offers nearly 5,000 sqm of GLA with eight tenants. The project boasts a 100% occupancy rate, providing residents with a new, diverse shopping destination.
M Park Zwoleń is located on Kochanowskiego 72 street, in the southeastern part of the city. For visitors' convenience, a parking lot with 120 spaces is available. Moreover, each M Park project places a strong emphasis on eco-friendly initiatives. The site will feature two electric vehicle charging stations, and as part of its ESG strategy, the property aims to obtain BREEAM Very Good certification. Additional green features include a green roof system, creating more biologically active space, as well as bird and insect nesting boxes. In the coming weeks, around 70 trees and shrubs will be planted on the premises.
"LCP’s collaboration with Refield dates back to 2020, beginning with the acquisition of a retail park in Chełmno, followed by another in Lidzbark Warmiński in 2021. Both projects now operate under the M Park brand. Since then, we have closely monitored Refield’s new developments, which stand out for their excellent locations and sizes tailored to local community needs. Their attractiveness, combined with our ongoing plans to expand the M Park portfolio in Poland, led us to strengthen our partnership with Refield. Today, we see the tangible results of this cooperation as we jointly open the Zwoleń project," commented Magdalena Kowalewska-Kasperowicz, Chief Operating Officer, LCP Properties, during the official opening.
