In Poland, it has been present since 2005 and, as LCP Properties, has been successfully developing its portfolio of retail properties under the M Park brand as well as Multiparks - SBU (Small Business Units) warehouse spaces
LCP Properties currently owns more than 95 retail, office and warehouse properties in Poland. As of the beginning of 2023, the total combined area of the company's properties exceeded 360,000 sqm and their estimated value reached 500 million euros.
Commercial Real Estate is our domain. We invest in commercial objects, small production and warehouse centres, lands and office buildings. We manage our own facilities and also provide such services to other entities.
Due to the family nature of our business, we invest for the long term, focusing on cash flow optimisation and long-term stable growth of the property value through active portfolio management, maximising returns for our shareholders.
The development of LCP Properties on the Polish market in the following years is to be based both on investments in operating properties as well as on running its own development activity.
