It is getting crowded at the petail Park, M Park in Swidnik.

Pepco, Dealz and Kakadu will open their stores in M Park in Swidnik, which is being developed by LCP Properties. The facility's offer will also be enriched by the well-known local network optical store “Kliza Salony Optyczne”.

Pepco, Dealz, Kakadu and Kliza optician have joined other well-known chain brands with contracts at the M Park facility.

Currently, the level of commercialization is more than 80%. The last vacant units remain to be leased - for most of them we are in advanced negotiations. Our strategy from the beginning is to build a dominant facility in the city based on the most recognised brands. It is here that Sinsay, Action, Dealz, Smyk or Kakadu will open their first stores in Swidnik. The stores that the tenants will open will be characterised by the modern formula and format. The project, which will invite the first customers to shop at the end of March 2023, will have 7,600 sqm of GLA with 12 units and parking for 250 cars.

M Park in Swidnik is perfectly located - it is being built at the intersection of Armii Krajowej Avenue and Pileckiego Street in the eastern part of the city. It is an area with predominantly single- and multi-family housing and very well connected to the S12 route. An additional advantage is the proximity of the Świdnik-East railroad station. Thanks to such a location, both the residents of the city and the surrounding area will have easy and quick access to an attractive commercial offer.

Świdnik is a city that is developing rapidly - in the coming years it is planned to open a hydrogen bus factory of the Polsat Plus group and a Multifunctional Development Center, which will be built in the vicinity of M Park. Also worth mentioning is the city government's initiative called I live in Świdnik, I buy in Świdnik. The goal of this loyalty program is to promote local shopping patriotism. The discount system allows residents to save money on a daily basis when shopping and using Świdnik businesses.
