M Park Bogatynia – another, total 53rd retail park of LCP Properties under the M Park brand. Opening: Q2 2025.

LCP Properties, belonging to the international Real Estate investment group M Core, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market, has finalized the purchase, from its business partner Family Partners, of another plot of land, this time in Bogatynia, located 4 km from the Czech border, for the future M Park. The new retail park has a total of over 8,100 sq m of GLA with 13 tenants. The purchased project, with a building permit granted, is currently commercialized at a level of 62%. The opening of M Park Bogatynia is planned for the second quarter of 2025.

The plot for the future M Park in Bogatynia, a city located 4 km from the border with the Czech Republic, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, is located on provincial road no. 352 leading to the Czech city of Frydlant (5 minutes drive). The Czech market will significantly affect the so-called reach of the future retail park. Moreover, Bogatynia is one of the richest communes in Poland, with the Turów Brown Coal Mine and the Turów Power Plant, which employ a total of about 5,500 people.

For the convenience of visitors, a spacious parking lot for up to 215 cars will be available. Chargers for electric cars will be installed on the park premises. Additionally, the project is expected to obtain BRREAM certification at a minimum level of Very Good.

Thanks to the commercialization process of this future property initiated by Family Partners, contracts have currently been signed for over 62% of the available space in this project, a year before the planned opening. Confirmed tenants include Biedronka, Xtreme Fitness, Sinsay, Pepco, Rossmann and Gudi Home. The remaining premises are under negotiation. What's more, Family Partners will also act as the general contractor for this project.
