Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
September was another month of investment for LCP Properties Group. The company signed agreements for the purchase of two Retail Parks with a total area exceeding 5,000 sqm.
Mysłowice Retail Park with GLA of 1,743 sq m and Mońki Retail Park with a total area of 3,434 sq m show that smaller projects below 2,000 sq m can also be of interest.
The key element in both transactions was the time of the purchase process and the potential of both properties. Both Parks were sold within 6 weeks of the preliminary agreement. For the sellers, the quick realization process was an added value, while for the buyer (LCP) it allowed to emphasize that in case of such projects, decisions can be made instantly. Optimal use of time in the negotiation process and fast transaction execution satisfied both parties.
The activity of the LCP proves active involvement and possibilities of the LCP group on the market, as well as constant willingness to invest in commercial properties in Poland.

We are still actively looking for opportunities to invest in commercial projects and are constantly looking for good opportunities. This is another real estate purchased by the LCP group, which is looking for investment land, plots and is constantly expanding its portfolio of properties in oland and abroad.
