Another investment transactions in the LCP Group

In november, despite the difficult market situation, the LCP Group portfolio expanded by another 2 projects in Zabrze and Siedlce.

Last week, the LCP completed the purchase of the Real Estate in Zabrze and Siedlce with a total GLA of 6,300 sq m. The project in Zabrze is its second phase with the size of 1,400 sq m. with the main tenants Pepco and Action. Siedlce, on the other hand, is a HotStop project with an area size of approx. 4,900 sq m. of the "convenience store" type - a retail park, where the main tenants are: Lidl, Pepco, Media Expert, Hebe, KiK and Rossman.

Both transactions perfectly complement the currently owned properties and allow for the effective use of their investment potential. These projects have joined the portfolio of the LCP Group, which still has ambitious development plans to continue investments in this direction by completing further transactions in the near future.

The transactions were closed in a short time, which proves the constant commitment of the LCP group on the Polish market and the constant readiness to carry out the purchasing process, especially in projects with good potential.

By the end of the year, LCP is planning for further investments that will allow to optimize its current portfolio.

We are looking for good projects, and we want to implement investment opportunities quickly with our partners, which is why we still have a dozen or so potential projects on the schedule.
