LCP switches to "fifth gear" in the area of ​​retail parks under the M Park brand, announcing a project in Brzeziny.

Belonging to the international real estate investing group M Core - LCP Properties, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market has finalized the purchase of a plot from Genesis Property with a building permit for the future M Park, in Brzeziny, located in the Łódź Voivodeship.

M Park Brzeziny has a total of over 6,000 sq m of leasable space with 16 tenants. The opening of the retail park is planned for early 2025.

M Park Brzeziny is being built at Okrzei Street, right next to national road number 715, running through the city center towards Koluszki to the south and Stryków - to the north. The facility is being built in the immediate vicinity of numerous multi-family buildings and further planned residential investments.

A spacious parking lot will be available directly in front of M Park Brzeziny. Electric chargers will be installed in the parking lot. Looking at the investment from the point of view of ESG activities, it is also planned to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level for this property.The agreement concluded by LCP with Genesis Property assumes that the seller will be responsible for both the construction process of the retail park and the commercialization itself. Agreements with tenants such as, among others: Aldi, Sinsay, Rossmann, Pepco, Media Expert and Xtreme Fitness have already been signed. The others are at the stage of signing or advanced negotiations.

“From the perspective of almost half the year, I can confidently say that 2024 for LCP is another breakthrough year. By switching on the proverbial fifth gear, which is reflected in new projects, those that we have already opened or will soon open, as well as those whose launch we will announce soon, we have achieved the intended pace of development, which we plan to maintain in the coming years," commented Magdalena Kowalewska Kasperowicz, Chief Operating Officer , LCP Properties. “The cooperation model we have chosen with Genesis Property fits perfectly into our strategic goals. Thanks to the partnership approach, we efficiently finalized the transaction regarding Brzeziny, and thus maintained the original project implementation schedule, with the opening in February 2025," she added.

This is our first joint investment in this format, but it is already clear that it will result in further similar projects in the future. M Park Brzeziny is another retail park that will be built under the M Park brand. Currently, LCP's portfolio includes 48 properties under this brand. Recently, M Park Iława and M Park Reda have joined this group. The next two - M Park Olsztyn and Pionki are at the construction stage and will be opened in April 2024.
