LCP and Refield join forces for the third time this year.

Pasaż Bartoszycki officially becomes part of the M Park family.

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market, has finalized yet another joint project with Refield, a development company specializing in retail parks. This marks the third collaboration between the two companies this year, following previous successful openings in Zwoleń and Ciechanów. Upon the opening of this retail project, LCP confirmed its acquisition and the rebranding of the property to M Park Bartoszyce. The newest M Park offers over 6,100 sqm of GLA and features nine tenants. As of the opening date, M Park Bartoszyce is 100% leased.

M Park Bartoszyce is located at 6 Rotmistrza Witolda Pileckiego Street, in the north-western part of the city, right next to the roundabout connecting to the key regional road DW512 and close to the national road DK51. From the south, the park is surrounded by a well-developed urban and residential area. For visitors’ convenience, the site offers a car park with 195 spaces. In line with the M Park sustainability standards, two electric vehicle charging stations will be installed. Moreover, under LCP’s ESG policy, the property is set to achieve BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.

The tenant mix at M Park Bartoszyce includes major retail brands such as Biedronka (1,300 sqm), Action (952 sqm), Sinsay (830 sqm), Martes Sport (800 sqm), TEDi (745 sqm), as well as Worldbox (450 sqm), CCC (500 sqm) and Rossmann (450 sqm).
