LCP Group has just sign another purchase transaction

Retail Park - Warminski Passage in Lidzbark Warmiński has changed its owner. The transaction is announced by the LCP group, which just has acquired another project for its retail portfolio.

The project in Lidzbark Warminski is a modern retail park with a GLA of over 6,000 sq m. It offers stores of such brands as: Biedronka, Rossmann, CCC, Martes Sport, Pepco, Smyk, Media Expert, Tedi and KiK. Located at the national road 51 from Olsztyn, offers over 150 parking spaces for visiting customers. It is a modern project that was put into use in March this year.

“This transaction confirms that there is still space to conclude quick and very good real estate purchase contracts. We are constantly looking for projects that will be able to join our portfolio. We are currently approving further investments,and we will be able to inform you about them very soon.
