LCP is almost at the end of commercialization of M Park Pionki - agreements signed with CCC and Xtreme Fitness

Belonging to the international real estate investing group M Core - LCP Properties, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market has finalized two more contracts for its current development project - M Park Pionki. CCC and Xtreme Fitness have joined the group of tenants of this property. The last two of the total of fourteen premises planned for this project are in advanced negotiations. The opening of M Park Pionki is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.

M Park Pionki will offer almost 9,300 sq m of leasable space. Previously confirmed tenants included: such brands as: Jysk (over 1,300 sq m), Biedronka grocery store (approx. 1,100 sq m), the popular fashion brand Sinsay (750 sq m), as well as Martes Sport (700 sq m), Rossmann (500 sq m sq m), Dealz (500 sq m) and Pepco (550 sq m).

The group of new tenants of M Park Pionki has been joined by: CCC (400 sq m) and Xtreme Fitness Gyms (600 sq m) - a dynamically developing chain of fitness clubs based on an original franchise model. Currently, the chain brings together 64 facilities and cooperates with over 100 franchisees.

M Park Pionki is being built on the main transit street in the city - Doktor Marii Garszzwo, in the immediate vicinity of the railway station in Pionki. For the convenience of visitors, there will be a spacious parking lot for up to 355 cars. Moreover, in each M Park implemented, emphasis is placed on ecological aspects, including the installation of, among others: electric vehicle charging stations - in the case of Pionki there will be four such places.

M Park Pionki is another proof that a good project defends itself. About half a year before the opening, we are left with the last two premises, for which advanced negotiations are underway, with one of the construction store chains and with a catering tenant," she added.

At the project construction site, work is carried out in accordance with the adopted schedule. The reinforced concrete structure is already constructed on 70% of the property. Currently, the roof truss is being constructed on one of the parts of the building. Work on the external and internal sewage system is also in progress.

M Park Pionki is another retail park that will be built under the M Park brand. Looking at the ongoing development projects, this will be the 50th park under this brand in Poland. Currently, the LCP portfolio includes 48 M Parks. Recently, M Park Iława and Reda have joined this group.
