Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core and one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, has officially opened M Park Bogatynia. This is the first M Park opening in 2026. From the perspective of the entire Polish portfolio, Bogatynia is the 74th retail park operating under this brand. The investment was delivered in partnership with one of LCP’s business partners – Family Partners. M Park Bogatynia offers a total of over 8,100 sq m of GLA with 14 tenants. On the opening day, the retail park boasts a 100% occupancy rate.
The Lower Silesian M Park Bogatynia is located directly next to provincial road no. 352 leading to the Czech town of Frýdlant (a 5-minute drive). The Czech market will significantly impact the retail park’s catchment area. Moreover, Bogatynia is one of the wealthiest municipalities in Poland, with the Turów lignite mine and the Turów power plant employing a total of approximately 5,500 people.
For visitors’ convenience, M Park Bogatynia offers a spacious parking lot with 215 spaces. From a broad ESG perspective, electric vehicle charging stations will be installed on the premises. Additionally, the project is planned to obtain BREEAM certification at a minimum level of Very Good.
Following projects in Łochów, Iława, and Pionki, as well as those currently under construction in Nasielsk and Opalenica, M Park Bogatynia is another investment that LCP has completed (or is completing) together with Family Partners.
Tenants at M Park Bogatynia include, among others: Biedronka (1,235 sq m), Gudi Home (1,010 sq m), Action (950 sq m), Tedi (800 sq m), Sinsay (700 sq m), CCC (460 sq m), and Rossmann (490 sq m)
.
“Today, M Park Bogatynia opens at full capacity, and we are already looking ahead. With each new park, we are one step closer to our vision of 100 M Parks in Poland. Considering the pace of our growth, this is neither a distant nor unrealistic goal, but rather a roadmap that we are consistently delivering on – park by park, city by city. Each investment is not just retail space for us, but proof that our model works and that we can create places truly needed by residents and local communities,” commented during the opening ceremony Magdalena Kowalewska Kasperowicz, Chief Operating Officer, LCP Poland, part of M Core.
