Dynamic growth, serial expansion – LCP announces another new project: M Park Opalenica

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, announces the purchase of another new development project – M Park Opalenica. This is already the fourth project initiated by the collective in 2026, following Zawiercie, Nasielsk and Biała Podlaska. The purchase agreement was signed with Family Partners, a partner with whom LCP has completed several similar M Park projects over the past two years. M Park Opalenica will comprise a total of 5,000 sq m of GLA with ten tenants. The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

M Park Opalenica will be developed in the southern part of the town, at one of the key roundabouts connecting 3 Maja Street with provincial road 307, in a strategic location ensuring excellent visibility and accessibility for residents of the town and surrounding areas. In the immediate vicinity of the future M Park there is a Lidl grocery store, which is expected to further enhance the attractiveness of the retail park. For the convenience of future customers, a car park with 126 spaces is planned. From a broad ESG perspective, electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in the parking area. Additionally, M Park Opalenica is planned to obtain BREEAM certification at a minimum level of Very Good.

The seller, Family Partners, is responsible in this project for both general contracting and leasing processes. In the latter area, it will be supported by LCP’s dedicated leasing team. The first confirmed tenants include Jysk, Xtreme Fitness, Sinsay and Rossmann
