LCP Poland, part of M Core, launches a project in Racibórz. A new retail park opens in the midst of the pre-Christmas shopping rush.

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, is opening its second retail park – within two consecutive days. Following the opening of the coastal M Park Trzebiatów, the brand now expands with a new facility located on the opposite side of the country, close to the Czech border – M Park Racibórz. This is also the fourteenth  M Park opening this year. M Park Racibórz offers 9,500 sqm of GLA and fifteen tenants. As of the opening day, the park is fully leased. It is also the third project this year that LCP Poland has completed with its business partner, Green Hills Investment.

M Park Racibórz is located in the south-western part of the city, at 177 Opawska Street, right next to provincial road 916, which connects the complex with the city as well as nearby border towns, including those on the Czech side, from which a significant share of the retail park’s footfall is expected. For customer convenience, a parking area with 280 spaces has been prepared and will soon be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainable development strategy – BREEAM certification at the Very Good level is planned, and the roof is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

The group of fifteen tenants at M Park Racibórz includes, among others: BricoMarche (2,000 sqm), Biedronka (1,350 sqm), Woolworth (920 sqm), TEDI (800 sqm), Martes Sport (880 sqm), Sinsay (780 sqm), Xtreme Fitness (630 sqm), and Rossmann (525 sqm).
