LCP Poland, part of M Core, announces new investment near Łódź – launch of M Park Ozorków project

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, is starting the development of another M Park – this time in the town of Ozorków. Following the finalization of the land purchase with a building permit from Genesis Property a retail park with 10 tenants covering over 5,600 sqm GLA will be constructed.

At the time of purchase, seven out of all available units were already leased. The opening of M Park Ozorków is scheduled for the second quarter of next year.

M Park Ozorków will be located in the western part of the town, at 3 Maja Constitution Street, approximately 40 km from the center of Łódź. For visitors’ convenience, a spacious parking lot with 180 spaces will be available. From the perspective of broadly understood ESG aspects, all roof structures will be adapted for the installation of solar panels, and electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in the parking area. Additionally, M Park Ozorków is planned to obtain BREEAM certification at a level of at least Very Good.

The seller, Genesis Property, is responsible for both general contracting and leasing processes in this project. Out of the ten available units, seven have already been leased. Future tenants of M Park Ozorków will include Rossmann, Xtreme Fitness, Sinsay, and the Aldi grocery store, among others.
