The Retail Park Rawa Mazowiecka, another asset in the LCP portfolio

LCP Properties closed another purchase transaction for its portfolio. Thus, it currently has 67 commercial facilities.

The recent purchase of projects in Rawa Mazowiecka once again emphasizes that LCP is dynamically implementing investment plans on the Polish market.

“The purchased Retail Park fits perfectly into our company's purchasing strategy. We are actively looking for new commercial projects, as well as plots for retail and warehouse (SBUs) " - emphasizes Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisitions Director at LCP Properites.

The signed contract of purchase concerned a project in Rawa Mazowiecka. Retail Park Rawa Mazowiecka is a project located at Aleja Konstytucji 3 Maja 5. It offers over 2,700 sq m. of GLA and 45 parking spaces. The size of the entire plot is over 5,200 sq m. Among the tenants are: Kik, Dealz, Martes Sport, CCC

The selling party was Green Hill Investment, which also cooperates with LCP on another project in Rawa Mazowiecka.
