LCP with an investment acceleration

LCP Properties has finalized the purchase of two retail projects to be developed in Łochów and Iława, and the existing Retail Park in Ząbkowice Śląskie.

 

We are starting 2023 on a strong note, which confirms our investment appetite. We are still interested in purchasing retail park projects. We are still looking for real estate investment opportunities. Our forces are focused on expanding the portfolio of space for small business (SBU) projects, which we are developing in Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz and Zabrze. In 2022, the value of our assets exceeded EUR 460 million and our goal is to reach EUR 1 billion in the coming years “ – comments Krystian Modrzejewski, Group Operations Director, LCP Properties.

 

The Retail Park in Łochów is under construction and the completion of is scheduled for the 4Q of this year. The project will be built at the intersection of Wolności Street and Aleja Pokoju, surrounded by single-family and service buildings. On the area of over 26, 000 sq m stores of the 10 tenants will operate. – There will be a following tenants among them: Dealz, Pepco, Stokrotka, Rossmann. The remaining contracts are being finalised and we will be able to inform you about them soon.“– says Justyna Małysko, Senior Leasing Manager, LCP Properties.

The facility will offer a car parking with 60 parking spaces.

Another purchased project which is under construction is a Retail Park in Iława. The investment is being carried out at Wojska Polskiego Street in a great location right next to the Iława Główna railway station and public transport stops. The Project will have 5,800 sq m. of the letting space. There will be brands among the tenant as follows: Pepco, KiK, Stokrotka, Smyk, Sinsay and the Hipper DIY store. The investment will welcome its first customers at the end of this year.

The third facility acquired in recent transactions is the existing Retail Park in Ząbkowice Śląskie. The facility offers nearly 9,800 sq m of leasable area. The stores of 16 tenants have been located in this space, including: Smyk, Deichmann, Action, Tedi, Media Expert, Pepco, Sinsay, Rossmann, KS Sport, Martes Sport, Mrówka and Biedronka. The car park holds 320 cars. The LCP Properties Group purchased the property from Nova after a short and efficient due diligence process.
