LCP Properties opens its 46th retail park under the M Park brand in Łochów, Poland

LCP Properties, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market, has officially opened its 46th Retail Park under the M Park brand in Poland, in Lochow, 70 km from Warsaw. M Park Lochow in numbers is 2,610 sq m of leasable space with a total of 8 tenants. The largest tenants of this project are as follows: Rossmann, Dealz, Pepco, and the Stokrotka grocery store. The Retail Park in Lochow is a project implemented in cooperation with one of the main LCP business partners - Family Partners.

M Park Lochow was built at Wolnosci 19 Street, just 400 m from the intersection of two main and through streets in the city - Aleja Lochowska (DK 50) and Aleja Wegrowska (DK 52), in the immediate vicinity of housing estates and numerous single-family houses. The catchment area of the newest M Park in the LCP portfolio, calculated at a distance of 20 km from the property, is estimated at 105,000 customers.

There is a parking lot for 54 cars right next to the Retail Park. In the context of ecological aspects, there are four charging stations for electric cars in the parking lot.

The tenants of M Park Łochów include popular brands for this retail format, including Dealz (223 sq m), Rossmann (315 sq m), Pepco (326 sq m) and the Stokrotka grocery store (413 sq m). The tenant mix will be complemented by Inmedio Trendy (70 sq m), the local Clothes Shop (70 sq m) and Totalizator (lotto) (50 sq m).

From the very beginning, when we consider starting an investment, understood as the construction of a retail park in a given location, our primary goal is always to adapt the format and offer to the expectations and needs of local residents and surrounding towns. Looking today at the final effect of our work in recent months, I am convinced that we are giving the people of Lochow a real Retail Park that will serve them well," commented Magdalena Kowalewska, Chief Operating Officer, LCP Properties in Poland. “Today we are not only opening the 46th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland, but also the 15th retail property in the Masovian Voivodeship. And most importantly, we do not stop planning new projects or the opening of those currently underway. Thus, we mark our presence on the Vistula River more and more strongly," she added.

Moreover, Lochow is not the last opening of a Retail Park planned by LCP this year. The opening of 47 M Park, with a leasable area of over 5,300 sq m, is planned at the end of December, this time in Iława. M Park Iława is another example of cooperation between LCP and Family Partners. Moreover, further joint projects are in preparation.
