LCP Properties: M Park Olsztyn 100% leased

Being part of the Real Estate investment group M Core - LCP Properties, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market, has completed the commercialisation process for its M Park Olsztyn development project. Agreements have been signed for six premises planned for this project, with a total GLA of 3,100 sq m. The opening of the retail park is planned for the turn of September and October this year.

M Park Olsztyn is being built in the southern part of the city, at Bartaska Street, in the immediate vicinity of large new housing estates: Zacisze, Generałów and Jaroty. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious car park for 126 cars will be available.
As in every M Park under construction, also in Olsztyn, emphasis is placed on ecological aspects, including the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. In addition, as part of ESG, it is also planned to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level for this property.
The six tenants that make up the overall tenant mix of this property are: TEDi – 801 sq m, Sinsay – 788 sq m, Pepco – 549 sq m, Dealz – 466 sq m, Rossmann – 461 sq m and JB Bałdyga/Cymes – 91 sq m. In the immediate vicinity of the property, another investor is simultaneously building a store of an international grocery chain, which will further strengthen the popularity of the new retail space in the city.

This will allow us to calmly carry out and coordinate the finishing works on this investment and wait for the commencement of operations, presenting customers with a new, dedicated offer,"

"M Park Olsztyn will be our 49th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. M Park numbers 50 and 51 are also under construction, in Pionki and Brzeziny respectively. One thing we are certain of is that we will not stop at this number for long," she added.
