LCP Poland, part of M Core, unstoppable – another opening: M Park Rokietnica is now open!

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in Poland’s retail park market, is wrapping up November on a high note by opening two retail parks in a single day. Alongside M Park Jawor, the network has now been joined by M Park Rokietnica. The new retail park, developed in cooperation with LCP Poland’s business partner PKB Inwest Budowa, offers over 6,000 sqm of retail space and 18 tenants, making it not only a new but also the largest shopping destination in the city.

M Park Rokietnica was built in the western part of the city, at 156 Poznańska Street. The location offers convenient access not only for the residents of Rokietnica but also for nearby towns such as Mrowino, Kobyliniki, Cerekwica, and Starzyny, which will undoubtedly contribute to the regional popularity of this shopping destination in the future. For customer convenience, the park features a 200-space car park, which will soon be equipped with electric vehicle charging points. The project also reflects LCP’s commitment to sustainable development, with BREEAM certification at the Very Good level planned.

The tenant mix at M Park Rokietnica includes, among others: TEDi (over 700 sqm), Xtreme Fitness (600 sqm), Sinsay (635 sqm), Worldbox (580 sqm), Rossmann (500 sqm), Pepco (500 sqm), and Media Expert (450 sqm).
