LCP Poland Enters Chełmża with a new retail park – opening number fifteen in 2025

LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading developers of shopping parks in Poland, is ending the year on a dynamic note by opening its fifteenth shopping park in 2025 – M Park Chełmża. This investment was carried out in collaboration with LCP Poland’s business partner, PKB Inwest Budowa. The new shopping park, in its first phase, offers over 7,500 sqm of leasable space with 13 tenants. A second phase is also planned, scheduled for next year.

M Park Chełmża has been built in the western part of the town, bordering the village of Kończewice, right along the main 91 transit road, which connects the region to Toruń in the south and Grudziądz in the north. For customer convenience, a parking lot for 200 cars has been provided, which will soon include electric vehicle charging points. The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainability strategy, with a planned BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.

The tenant mix at M Park Chełmża includes, among others: Biedronka, Action, Xtreme Fitness, Sinsay, Martes Sport, CCC, Pepco, and Media Expert.
