M Park Chełmża is located in the western part of the town, bordering the village of Kończewice, right along the main 91 transit road, which connects the region to Toruń in the south and Grudziądz in the north.
For customer convenience, a parking lot with 200 spaces has been provided, which will soon include electric vehicle charging points.
The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainability strategy – it is planned to achieve BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
