Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
M Park Reda is being built as part of the long-term strategy of the LCP group, which includes the launch of high-quality retail parks under the M Park brand. The project is being developed at Handlowa Street, next to the Lidl store. For the convenience of visitors, 95 parking spaces will be available.
Among the tenants who have already signed contracts for premises in M Park Reda, there are strong brands that are characteristic of retail parks: Action - 862 sq m, Rossmann 457 sq m, Maxi Zoo - 351 sq m, Żabka - 89 sq m and local patisserie Hintzke - 71 sq m
"We are meeting with exceptional interest in our location in Reda, and as a result, for each available unit we are either in advanced negotiations, in the process of signing a contract, or, as today, we can confirm the names of tenants who will open their stores in this project," commented Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Leasing & Acquisitions Director, LCP Properties in Poland. "The size, scope and repetition of our portfolio under the M Park brand is definitely our advantage, which allows us to be recognizable and thus efficiently finalize more deals," she added.
M Park Reda is a project that takes into account in its architecture the characteristics of the surrounding buildings, which will allow us to ideally maintain the uniform style prevailing throughout the existing building line. What's more, in every M Park under construction, emphasis is placed on ecological aspects, including the installation of, among other things, electric vehicle charging stations - in the case of Reda, there will be as many as four such places. In addition, the roof in this project will be prepared so that photovoltaic panels can be installed on it in the future.
Construction work on the future retail park in Reda is going according to schedule. Foundations for the masonry walls and footings for the columns of the reinforced concrete structure of buildings A and B are being made. Masonry for the walls of the exterior elevations of Building A has begun. Stabilizations are being made for the floors in the premises of future tenants.
