Another 17 BREEAM Certifications!

We keep BREEAM-ing! Another 17 LCP properties have successfully received certification.

This means that nearly half of our entire portfolio (over 100 properties) has now successfully gone through the BREEAM process!

We plan to certify our entire portfolio under BREEAM, including M Park retail parks, SBU properties – Multipark, and stand-alone formats. Among the most recently certified properties are examples from each of these segments, which have achieved BREEAM International New Construction V6 and BREEAM International In-Use: Commercial v6 (Asset Performance and Management Performance) certifications.

All properties received a rating of Very Good or Excellent!
