M Park Szprotawa has been developed in the western part of the town, at 70 Jana III Sobieskiego Street, which connects to Niepodległości Street – the main artery of the city. For customer convenience, a car park with 165 spaces has been provided and will soon be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainable development strategy – BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level is planned.
